I just want to thank you for all the work you have done for me over the past few years. As you know, I have been a Ducati enthusiast for several years ( I currently own three). After trying various shops all over the east coast without success for a knowledgeable and reliable technician, I began to air freight my bikes to BCM in New Hampshire.This is quite an expense, but goes to show people will pay and travel for good service.
